We design rooms the way a tailor cuts cloth — to the body of the life that will live inside.
Founded in 2021 in Nairobi, Otthon Atelier is a small studio of architects, interior designers, and makers. We work in plaster, travertine, hand-thrown clay, woven sisal, smoked oak and brass.
Every Otthon project begins with patience — long conversations, long walks through the site, longer afternoons in our material library. The result, always, is a room you do not want to leave.

Write to the studioResidential commissions move at a deliberate pace — usually 8 to 14 months from first conversation to move-in. Hospitality and commercial projects scale from 6 to 18 months depending on scope.
